Overview

Continuums of Care (CoCs) must operate a coordinated assessment system that provides an initial, comprehensive assessment of the needs of individuals and families for housing and services, including those fleeing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. 

The Kentucky Balance of State (KY BoS) CoC has established a Coordinated Entry System (CES), known as Any Door KforKY CES, for the 118-county CoC, and KHC is responsible for overseeing its implementation.
