Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), through its Housing Contract Administration (HCA) department offers a competitive funding application process to affordable housing developers, builders, and organizations across the state for HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Kentucky Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) programs.
2026 Application for Single-Family Homebuyer Development and AHTF Home Repair Programs
The Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) for the 2026 Single-Family Homebuyer Development and AHTF Home Repair Programs is now open.
KHC awards Single Family Development funds via two separate applications:
- Single-Family Homebuyer Development (HOME and AHTF)
- AHTF
Applicants must submit two separate applications if applying for both programs. All applications must be submitted using the Universal Funding Application (UFA).
