Current Opportunities
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the FY 2026 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (CoC NOFO) on June 1, 2026.
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), as the collaborative applicant for the Kentucky Balance of State CoC (KY BoS CoC), is responsible for overseeing a local competition and submitting a consolidated application on behalf of the CoC, which will include individual project-level applications submitted by partners across the BoS. KHC will update information about the FY 2026 CoC Competition on this page as it becomes available.

2026 KY BoS CoC Local Competition
The KY BoS CoC is seeking applicants committed to local and HUD policy priorities to ensure homelessness in the BoS is rare, brief, and non-recurring. Applicants should carefully read the local competition application guidelines linked below as well as other resources, materials, and instructions found on this page.
Submission Deadline
All applicants must submit completed project applications, including renewal project applications and new project applications, via HUD’s online application platform known as e-snaps.
New applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. ET Thursday, July 23, 2026.
Submitted applications will go to KHC for review and scoring. If selected through the local competition, KHC will submit your final application on your behalf to HUD by HUD’s final deadline of August 26, 2026.
