KHC's TAP and Housing Contract Administration teams have partnered with an innovative web-based property search engine, Padmission, to help Kentuckians find rental units.

This partnership brings the revival of our Kentucky Rents platform for landlords who participate in KHC's rental programs to connect with renters, now powered by the amazing Padmission platform. Landlords can list their properties, and what programs they work with, for renters participating in those programs to connect to.

If you are a landlord looking to list a property or a program participant looking for a unit, request access to the Padmission portal.
