The Board of Directors has four standing committees to provide focused governance on key areas of the corporation.
Oversees the corporation's strategic direction, governance, and the performance of the Executive Director.
Provides oversight for KHC's financial health, including budgets, audits, bond issues, and major investments.
Reviews and recommends all housing programs and policies, ensuring they align with KHC's mission and state needs.
Guides strategic planning, corporate communications, and legislative/public relations efforts.
