Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) welcomes six new Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Advisory Committee members:

• Kayla Smith, Kentucky Association of Counties
• Laurent Houekpon, Stock Yards Bank & Trust
• Robert Ferrell, Guide Realty
• Travis Weber, Department for Local Government

Established by the Kentucky General Assembly in 1992, the AHTF addresses the critical housing needs of very low-income Kentuckians, including individuals with disabilities and those at risk of homelessness. The fund supports housing development and rehab serving households at or below 60% AMI or Kentucky’s State Median Family Income.

The 11-member committee advises KHC leadership on matters related to the fund.  

The current AHTF Advisory Committee members are:
