What's New 

KHC released the results of the 2017 K-Count​; a “point-in-time” count of homeless Kentuckians living on the streets, in emergency shelters, or other temporary housing programs in the Balance of State (118 counties outside of Fayette and Jefferson) during a single night.

KHC and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) partnered together, across borders, commemorating Homeownership Month, at the Hopkinsville Rotary Club.

Greystone and Winterwood, Inc. celebrated the Grand Reopening of Affordable Housing Communities with a ribbon cutting event in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky on June 1, 2017.

Effective June 8, 2017, KHC's Affordable Down payment Assistance Program (DAP) Income Limits have been updated to only include applicant's income - not household income. The Affordable DAP Income Limits are based on any household size. Please review KHC Program Guides for specific details, which are available on KHC's website under Lenders.

KHC has announced the selection of Edwin King as its new executive director. In July 2017, Mr. King will succeed Executive Director Kathryn Peters, who has served KHC and the state of Kentucky for over 30 years. Full details are available in the press release.
